After just the first dose, taken at six in the morning, I couldn't sleep at all last night, and saw creepy crawlies all around . I hadn't combined it with any other caffine products. Is this a sensitivity to Guarana possibly? I am still a bit jumpy today, 39 hours later.

I have not tried it, but my close friend took one pill the first day and was still jolted the next day. It's bad enough she has major insomnia, but that night she got NO sleep. I think she tried a half of a pill, but i have not asked her the results... maybe i do need to try this as i could totally sleep all day!!!

never heard of this, i thought one a day was a vitamin and seriously was considering looking into it. i am very medication sensitive. Yikes, i hope things get better for you and i will be watching the answers.........
