I know where my kidneys are. Only happens when I drink Tap water and some foods. I suspect it to be the high sodium content or something. Not bottled water or juice.

I have boiled my the water before to make some tea and it didnt hurt afterwards!

Tap water contains unfiltered chemicals that spring water does not have. Things like fluoride, and any rust in your pipes, can go into the water that you drink from your tap at home.
What I suggest is getting some water from your tap.. boiling it.. cooling it.. refridgerating it.. and then try drinking it.
Boiling the water kills any bacteria, enzymes, and infection that could be living within the water.
If you feel fine afterwards, there's bacteria present in your water system, and you should contact your government and such.
If you're not feeling fine afterwards, go to the doctor. This could be a fluoride thing.. your body may have a problem processing fluoride.
Also, how do you know precisely that it's your right kidney?

If you have kidney stones, you'd know it. They hurt worse than having a baby. If you can't drink tap water, by all means drink only bottled water. Or you could get a filter for your tap. That might work.

I don't think the pain would be that instantaneous but there are a lot of minerals in tap water. Maybe you should try distilled water because there are minerals in spring water too, and distilled water is plain, pure, clean water.

Get your water tested. There are lots of agencies out there which will do this for you.

As far as kidney stones, it's a build up of calcium. You get it from other sources. Drinking lots of water is one of the ways to PREVENT kidney stones.
