I received a bottle of grounded chinese herbs and I am wondering how I'm supposed to ingest them. Just put them in water or heat the water and let them dissolve. I have no clue.

I have dental surgery tomorrow morning. I am taking pills to make me out of it. I fainted today when I signed the paperwork. I fait a lot at doctors. How can I reduce the chances of fainting tomorrow?

I had one adrenal gland removed in November, 1996, because of hyperaldostrone syndrome. It didn't seem to bother me until now. In 2005 I kept getting sinus headaches that didn't go away. Since July, 2006 I have had 2 major colds or flu that lasted 2 weeks, and all together four coughing attacks. I get rashes that don't go away and had to take methypredisone. When I get cuts it takes forever to heal, and I don't have any energy and basically feel run-down all the time. I have brought this up to doctors but they always say something would have happened within 3 months of the surgery. I don't have high glucose, anemia or other things that could make me tired. Please help me......I am so tired........

Knots are firm and feel like muscles. They hurt when they are rubbed/touched, but otherwise, I don't really feel pain.

i went out on friday night and come in feelin funny i no my drink was spiked, i went to the doc on monday as i stil felt wierd hot and cold .sick dizzy she said it should be out my system if i was spikde and put it down to a tummy bug. not sure i think it is!
i was told to go back on thursday if not better for more test but she said if it is a bug wil b better bi wed(2mo)
i did feel a lilttle better this mroinng but yet again now im hot cold and i feel very spacedout i feel like my head is blocked and im not with it and fell i kan faint soon i am keepin my fluids and paractnaols up but im startin to fel anoyed at my self thinkin when will i get better wont to feel normal, had my drink been spikde and has it ruiend me for life as i feel very thick? or is it a bug ? im afraid it a reaction and the worse mite happen but the doc fink it a bug ? sorry to gone on pleses help would love advice

This question is kinda out there but I want to ask for any of you Doctors out there or others that might have an idea about what to do! Ok here it goes! When I go number two it hurts and it causes me to bleed from my bottom! I dont know what to do! I just wish I could get some answers! Please help if you can!

whats the difference? I get really bad heartburn from mostly anything like tomatoe sauce and coffee and some other things usually if i eat it on an empty stomach but i eat dinner at like 8 pm and sometiems i get really bad heartburn even if i ate throughout the day is this just heartburn or acid reflux ?? to describe it . . . kinda nasty but its like burping but it comes up my esophagus and it burns like hell! and i can still taste what i ate :(

I took T3 and T4 thyroid medications thinking they would help me lose weight -- however, I don't think I have a thyroid problem (I was never diagnosed by a doctor, I don't have health insurance).

Is it going to be even harder to lose weight if I stop taking them, especially if I never needed them to begin with?

I just got a call to donate blood again this weekend. I always hear how there's a chronic blood shortage in the region (NE USA) but I've never heard of a patient dying because a hospital simply ran out of blood. I know some blood is used to make medicine, so is there really a shortage of blood for transfusions or is it all hype?

Not because she is my mom but, my mom is the nicest, sweetest, and most positive person ever. She's not a trouble maker at all and likes to avoid problems at all time. My mom is not the type to get revenge on anyone she always belives in leaving things in god's hands. Last year my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and she was operated and everything was successful. For the last month she had been suffering from a severe pain in her lower back. On friday she did all the exams and well today she got her results back. And she has cancer again, it has returned. They havent said where but I am assuming in her back since thats where the pain is at. Why is this happening? Why can I find an answers to my questions? I am very upset my mom is such a wonderful person. why does she need to go thru this again? I never hear that someone who is cruel is diagnosed with an terminate illness. But, then those who are here that are wonderful people are the ones who leave soon..why?? =( i am so sad!

For the past couple of days, I have noticed my heart palpitating after walking short distances. For example, if I walk up and down a flight of stairs and down a hall, my heart suddenly "jerks" and goes crazy.

Know what this is? I have never experienced this before.
