An allergic reaction, maybe. You need to get to a doctor before your tongue swells up so bad that you can't breathe.

Sounds like an allergic reaction but can also be Poison Oak or Ivy. Take Benadryl and you might see if you can get some betazone cream to put on any affected areas of your skin.

Most of the time numbness and tingling in the hands is caused by a herniated disc in the cervical area (neck) that puts presure on a nerve. The swelling could be a circulation problem. Have him see a orthopedist or neurologist. Needs to have a MRI done.
