If by “by pass surgery” you mean that your coronary arteries may be clogged, there are as many symptoms as persons. Mainly, when you do any kind of physical effort you either feel pain in your chest or “rare” sensations in your neck or jaw. Always as an answer to movement, that is the key.

All that is accompany by nervousness, a rare sensation that something is not well.

As precaution, take one aspirin and run see a cardiologist.

The doctor telling you that you need it. That's what they get paid the big money for, to make the right recommendations based on the symptoms and test results. If anyone else says otherwise, they're wrong. If you think you need it, see the doctor. If you think someone else needs it, try to get them to see the doctor.
