Yes, you do sleep alot and feel tired all the time. Some people feel alot of pain or burning when they pee or painful pressure like they still have to go even when they just went. It can get so bad that your back will hurt, abdomenum will hurt to touch and feel swollen, fever, sick to your stomache, dizzy, urine will change color. If you go to a doctor, he'll just test your urine, and know in a few minutes. There's lots of antibiotics that will treat it to get rid of it in no time.

no u will be in sooo much pain you wont be able to sleep lol!
not that its a laughing matter.
kidney infections often give you horrible pains in your lower back (kidney area) making it hard for you to sit or even move. if you have one you will know it. get checked out. not caring for this right away can cause kidney damage.

Lower back pain in the kidney area and blood in your urine. You may have a low grade fever. At any rate, see a doctor to be sure.

Never felt that but usually you'll have some back pain, pain during urination, the feeling of having to urinate all the time whether you have to or not. The medicine for it is relatively cheap and only takes a dose or two to feel the difference of getting over it.

Yeah... you do sleep a lot. Just like with any infection it runs your body down.
You feel pain in your lower back, just underneith the ribcage, on one or both sides. It hurts BADLY, like you wont be able to stand straight bad.
You'll have a fever, and hot/cold flashes.
It will usually hurt really bad to pee, and you may pee blood.
Generally you'd be in a lot of pain and you'd feel VERY ill.

Burning and frequency of urination with cloudy or bloody urine. Flank pain and tenderness are present if kidneys are involved.

Upper side and lower back pain, stomach ache, dis-colored urine that smells. Yes, you may sleep more than usual. Visit your doctor and take a urine sample with you
