-Dry mouth/throat (Feels like theres something in my throat, kind of like when you are sick and you got mucus there, only not as much. A lumpish feeling. This also gives him a thirst)

- Mouth feels kind of sticky/dry (Which is hard to explain)

- Cold feeling when I breath in (Not like shortness of breath, its just that when I take a deep breath, my throath/mouth feels cold)

- Same cold feeling in chest (Like the kind of feeling you get when you worked out too hard. Its mild, really, and not as severa, but thats the best way to describe it)

I dont feel weak, which is normal with a flu, nor do I have a runny nose or a sore throat. I went to the doctor last week for something else, unrelated to this, I got my bloodwork , it came back normal (Jan. 17th) I had previously had symptoms of anxiety, with the need to take in deep breath's, normal ones associated with anxiety. I am currently taking ortho tricyclen , daily. I started on Thursday the 18th.(continued)

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for years. Every month that we "try" my period is about a week late, accompanied by the worst cramps ever. They are so debilitating that I have to take Prescribed narcotics every few hours to get through them. I cant walk, I cant move... I can only lie in the fetal position in bed and cry till the pain dulls slightly with the meds.

BUT... On the months where we DONT try, My periods are PERFECTLY ON TIME, and my cramps arent that bad at all. I can function normally with just some ibuprofin.

Am I miscarrying? What is wrong with me? Has anyone else every had this happen? Please help me, Im completely lost, and dont know what to think about this.

My son had tubes put in his ears just before he turned 1. The tubes have recently fallen out. On saturday, I noticed fluid coming out of his ear. I took him to urgent care and he had ruptured his eardrum and had an infection in both ears. He will be 3 in March. Is it normal to get ear infections after tubes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I went on prednizone about two years ago for arthritis and gained around 30 lbs in two and a half months. I recently lost 15 lbs on the weight I gained, but I cannot seem to loose the last 10 or 15 lbs for the life of me. I work out and eat right and I just seem to remain the same weight. I have NEVER had a problem like this ever before and was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me or is it just me? Please let me know! Thanks.

I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. My question is: Is there any hope that my thyroid will stop being attacked? Or is the prognosis having your thyroid completely destroyed over time?
Is there hope that I will feel better and normal again someday? How long after starting Levthroid will I start to feel relief? How long will it take for the lump in my throat to go away? How long before my hair grows back normal? Any alternative medicine that will help?
Thanks

I hooked up with these two crazy teen aged girls at the mall that wanted to bone and had sex with them all night long in a ratty motel room. Now there is a burning sensation when I urinate. Is this because of overuse of my 'unit' or could I have caught something from one of those crazed sluts?

I have noticed that there have been a few questions on Narcolepsy on here and I got to thinking; how many people here have Narcolepsy or know anyone who does? (I am Narcoleptic, and my sister is too.)

My Neurologist told me that experts think that as many as 1 in 2500 people may be Narcoleptic, which means that with the amount of people who post on here, logically there must be some Narcoleptics amongst them, or there must be quite a few people who know a Narcoleptic.

I am just intrigued as to how many Narcoleptics there are out there. Oh, and if anyone has the foggiest idea why, in the UK, Narcolepsy is not considered a disability can they let me know that too?!

What are the symptoms of tonsilitis? Usually when I've had it in the past it's been accomanied by a cold but last night I felt overly tired but couldn't sleep and I've woken up with scarlet tonsils and feel all achey and cold and groggy but have no cold symptoms. Is it possible I do have tonsilitis? Been drinking pineapple juice and warm lemon and honey to try clearing it but seems to be getting worse lol

i've suffered from nosebleeds for almost 9 years now, they either come about as a result of slight knocks, but normally, i can be doing nothing out of the ordinary and get one. how do i stop them? ive had numerous corterisations on my nose which have all worked for about a week, and then failed. im sure i read in a daily mail health article about an operation which stops them completly, anybody know anything about it or whether there is actually a way of stopiing them, and not just having corterisations every month?

It doesn't hurt...and it usually only does one movement and randomly. Usually happens when I'm sitting still or lying in bed. I wouldn't call it a muslce spasm...cause I've gotten that on my face and when that happens it repeatedly does it and you can feel the muscle moving. It usually happens to my legs, arms, upper body, and my feet. This is more like a hiccup where you can't control it and it feels like it's my nerves? And no, It's not tourette's...my cousin has that, and I know all about it. I'm sure it's nothing. Just want to know the possibilities. BTW - I'm a 21 year old female.
