This sounds very much like you now have irritable bowel syndrome. All of the symptoms you describe are consistent with this syndrome. I've enclosed a link to a website that I think has some of the best information on this syndrome As well as solutions.

It sounds like it could be just a pesky flu, but it could be something more serious as well. You could have Celiac Disease. Celiac symptoms often arise after a major surgery or other trauma (either emotional of physical). Symptoms include nausea, diarrhea, body pains, stomach cramps, headaches, etc. There are many, many possible symptoms. Luckily, it is easily diagnosed through a blood test and easily treated through dietary changes. For more information on Celiac Disease, please visit www.celiac.com or www.glutenfreeforum.com.

If I were you I would contact the Dr. who did your surgery last year and get in to see Him/Her ASAP to make sure that there isn't anything else going on.

That just doesn't sound NORMAL!!!

Check back with a butcher. it sounds like something is going wrong. (Why did you think the Almighty put a gallbladder in the human body?)
