If you say get black and blue marks easily is that a sign of iron deficiency?

nope...just means your blood vessels break easily. You may wanna up your intake of Vit C to help heal the damaged vessels and promote collagen formation to strengthen them.

Iron deficiency would not be the most likely cause of bruising easily. Iron deficiency also is rather rare, and iron is one of the easier things to get too much of. Try more Vitamin "C" first. If that doesn't help, give us a bit more information. C might help, and it is almost impossible to get too much.

no but it could be a platelet deficiency or a blood clotting problem that could be caused by various things. iron is only in red blood cells, and they dont play a major role in clotting/bruising- that's platelets. id see the doctor soon, could be caused by many different things

That could also be vitamin c if you bruise easily.

Do you find yourself overly tired? If so it is probably iron.

Take iron pills at night before you sleep.

No. It needs looking at by a doctor as there are many conditions which could cause it, some of them serious...get it checked out ASAP;
