I have had two big knots in my lower back since giving birth 4 years ago? What could this be?

Knots are firm and feel like muscles. They hurt when they are rubbed/touched, but otherwise, I don't really feel pain.

it might be a hernia.. because i had that after i give birth to my son, just check to your docter for more accurate information

I really recommend you to see a doctor. I don't think this is from your giving birth since it was 4 years ago. Maybe you pulled a muscle.
