im finding it reall yhard to swallow sometimes,

im healthy over all but in the last few days when i swalllow it feels like there is something blocking my passage way but there isnt as i have checked

any one know ???

I was 16, had some bad acne, so i took accutane and it worked 100% after the cycle all acne was gone. But about 6 months later it came back, so now im on it again. After this cycle will my acne be gone forever??????


Also, would i have a better chance of getting rid of acne if i just ride out the storm? Is accutane just delaying my body's way of taking care of acne??

Im 17 now, I dont want acne in my 20's!!!

I had a lumbar puncture done and the results had 18 IgG monoclonal bands in CSF not visible in serum, 2+ oligoclonal bands in immunoglobin not present in serum and incraesed IgG in CSF. Does any one know what monoclonal bands are and what this all means? I have a neuro appt Friday, but have these results that I am curious about now. Thanks!

Hi I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a year ago and all I do is take medications (Hormonal)..
(I am a 22 years old male by the way) I use to be a very avtive smart atheletic young guy, but since about three-four years ago things have taken a bad turn. Hypothyroidism has put a U-turn in my life, I am no longer smart but am dum compared to the average people around me, my memory (wait i have no more memory,lol)has decreased significantly and I am sluggish in speech, and life is getting worse it seems as depression seems to be setting in from timt to time.

I wanted to know if there was something else that I could do
Like eat some certain foods that are good for the thyroid gland
or exercise the thyroid through yoga maybe?
Meditate, be one with God,..pray?

Can you please share with me anything other than eating the medications that you do for you HYPOthyroidism???

well im 19 years old and i was a virgin until about a 6 months ago. I have been with my bf for about a year and a half. i went and got a pap smear and the doctor told me i might have hpv. she did more test and it turns out i have a high risk type and i going to have that one procedure done(i forgot the name sorry). and im just so scared, ive never had health issues before and I cant beleive this happened to me. i used to say that only sluts got stds but now i feel so devestated. has anyone else gone through this? and i just cant help but be mad at my bf. i love him with all my heart but i just think its his fault although i may be wrong. i did everything right, i used birth control and i have only had sex with him. Everyone who is alive is at risk for HIV or multiple other desieses, and yet the Red Cross still discriminates against gay men, not allowing them to donate, reguardless of whether they're healthy or not. Isn't this a bit out-dated? Is there a better reason besides gay men might be at a higher risk for HIV?

I put some peach Bed & Body works lotion on my legs this morning to make them less dry. My halloween costume is a tad short, so I wanted them not to be all dead skinnish you know? Okay so we didn't have any other lotion in the house besides Bed & Body Works products... Everytime I use their brand of lotion, {if i put it anywhere besides my hands} I get a slight rash, and an almost unbearable itch!? Is this because I am allergic to their lotion?
If so, why doesnt the rash/itch occur on my hands?

i am 44 yr old male and diabetic. I am following a prescribed diabetic diet but from time to time i miss it(sugar craving) recently i find it hard to walk normal i have to tell my right feet to step (an otherwise automatic motion when we are walking) and i cannot wear slippers since i will not know if they are still on. I got a presription for the above a few years ago and it works great for the redness around my nose. i put it on in the am and the redness is gone for the day. i am running out though and the Rx is now very expensive because it is considered a compound. The rx would be over $50, but if I get a tube of cutivate and a tube of ketokonazole and mix it myself it would be only $20. The problem is I don't know what proportion to mix them in. If there are any pharmacists or doctors out there who can direct me to the right place. is it just a 50/50% mix that i can do myself? I know there is a handbook for Rx's that i can probably get online, but I need the name of the book. thanks.

she is waiting for op to have gall bladder removed but has missed a few appointments she has lost weight has no energy been diagnosed as having ocd
because she is worrying about op and thinks that she has a terminel illness . Is there a such thing as a Herpes Test? My doctor said that there isn't. My girlfriend who lives out of town said she had a Herpes test & she has Type 2. I wanted to go get tested in that case & my doctor of internal medicine is saying there is not any such test. My girlfriend said that she had the Western Blot Test and my doctor said it is an Aids test. Is that true and do they really not have a Herpes Test?

I have two red spots on the inside of the lip.... They are like raw skin that are tender to the touch.
What could this be???? It has been there for almost a week now and I cannot have intercourse because it causes me pain when they are rubbed against.
