Yes.!!!! STD's or sexually transmitted diseases.such as genital herpes, HPV; Cold sores, Hepatitis; HIV, etc; And most of all.... INDIGESTION. .

Yes! If he has an STD, it could be transferred to your mouth for everyone to see! If it is herpes, you will break out in sores throughout your mouth and it is not good for the looks!! Just make sure your partner does not have STD's..other than that go at it!
