I haven't eaten much because I feel nauseated. My stomach hurts and I have thrown up bile for 2 days

When your stomach is very very upset and when it is abosultel empty. The strong contractions make the bile come up and that is what you vomit. My daughter had hours of vomitting bile when she was 2. She got admitted into hospital,but she was young.
Eat very very little and only when you can tolerate it. Don't take mouthfuls of water or fluid,take tiny sips about 15 minutes apart. When you can tolerate that,start increasing it ever so slightly.
It is not dangerous to see bile coming up in the from of vomit,it just means the stomach is very empty.

Bile in vomit means that things are backing up from the small intestine into the stomach - this is called bile reflux. You can sometimes get this to stop by eliminating dairy products and fat from your diet for a couple of days. Frequent bouts of this problem might be a sign of an ulcer.
