dental problem

Im 21 years old and I was at the dentist a while back and he said he wanted to do a "removal of impacted tooth-complete bony" whatever that means on all 4 3rd molars, but i decided not to since none of them were bothering me. Well for about the last 2 weeks it has felt like i have had an ear infection, my throat hurts, the whole right ride of my neck and jaw hurt, and i have had migrane type headaches. Then the inside of my mouth started hurting and when i looked in the mirror all there was where my lower right wisdom tooth is was a whole and my cheek is swollen. Now i cant lay down (much less sleep), or even open my mouth wide enough to drink from a straw or eat. Everyone I talk to seems to think its just from the "teething" process, and my dentist is on vacation for a month so i cant ask him (living in such a small place there isnt another one close to here either). Does anyone have any suggestions on if it really is just the tooth coming in, or is it something more serious????

How painful is it after having wisdom teeth pulled? 1 being not painful and 10 being excruciating... whether impacted or not and after taking all your meds as advised.

I just recently had my wisdom teeth out eight days ago. While the first few days sucked horribly, the healing process was relatively easy. However,a two coworkers told me of when they had the procedure done. Both had healed with air pockets in the spaces where the teeth had been. While I dont really have 'holes' on the bottom(they went in from the side aparently),I'm really worried about this happening. They both said it happened about a month after the surgery. My question is how rare/common is this?Has anyone had any experience with this?

I have braces and lately if they rub against the inside of my mouth & irritate it soon turns into a canker sore (not a cold sore). I have stuff to numb it, but that doesn't seem to make them disappear any faster. Does anyone know of anything to make them go away sooner?

This morning i woke up and noticed that there's a bending in my wires right where my gap is. The other side is straight but for some reason this is isnt. I was thinking maybe it's bending because my teeth are moving together but i'm not sure. I called the dentist and the secretary told me something stupid like if it hurts i should "i dont know, bend it back?". It's hard to chew even eggs but the other side is perfectly fine. Sometimes my braces start hurting for no reason but i don't remember them ever being bent. I'm away right now so i can't go back to my ortho in time for a checkup. Is a bent wire ever normal?
