wisdom teeth between 17 and 21 years; not surprising to emerge in 50s and 60s --indicating delayed wisdom in some?

My father in his 70s was once elated and rushed to a dentist, to show him a miracle of discovering a new tooth emerging among his cavities and the dentist laughed it off saying it was just a swelling of tissue. My father (Who was also a doctor) did not believe the dentist and dreamed of going through second childhood till his death some years later..

No, at your age you have all your permanent teeth and if you have them removed they will NOT grow back. Have the cavity taken care of at the dentist.

removed teeth will not grow back at your age. The teeth you have will not stop growing unless severely damaged.

No. But I did have a 93 year old friend whose wisdom teeth came back in. True story.
