They work very well...my dentist even noticed I had used them.
They do make your teeth VERY sensitive, but I promise this will go away. If the sensitivity really bothers you it won't change the efficacy to use them every other day instead of every day.

Yeah they work really well!
I tried the 14-day ones and the 7-day ones, and the 7-day ones really hurt my teeth. Go with the 14 day!

My sister has and they do work...although they might be harsh on your teeth depending on if you have soft enamel...if so then it would be wise to do one a week for the first two weeks and then every other week after that....it could damage your teeth it strips the enamel that is how it whitens them.

they didn't work for me, but i've had braces, i drink coffe and i smoke. i think the only thing that will help me is something like britesmile
