Anxiety Attacks?

Since the birth of my first child I have had really bad panic attacks, I have been put xanax for it and the doctors are trying to ween me off of it, Since they have done that I have had anxiety all day and it makes my chest feel tight. Any thing you can do to help them go away its awful. I really want to get off the xanax but the anxiety is coming back.

Any Doctors out there with any suggestions

Whenever I eat dinner?

I feel like when I swallow part of my food get's stuck and my throat is closing up.
It only happens at dinner time. But I don't know why ?

What could this be?
A week ago, I was drinking apple juice and I choked on it because It felt like my throat was closing up?

can you get gohnerria from a urinary tract infection?

i was just wundering like how else you can get " goneria" or how ever you spell it even clamedia ? just from sex or kissing but in general can you get it from a urinary tract infection

FAKE VALIUM called ARDIN?

I am holding a little round speckled blue pill at the moment and it has ARDIN written on it! Im thought it was a real 10 mg valium but now im too scared to take it! I really need sleep! Has anyone had these? and are they safe?

i just can't get over the fact that i said thise and i can't even watch a sitcom or write a final exam

a few years ago, i might have said f**king jesus and i might of not said it, but i think i only said the f word and said his name in my mind or didn't say the whole thing
i think im the only one who might have said this and i think it's too special in a bad way
i have ocd, so i said this in my mind numerous times, so i got frustrated, so i might have said it out loud to get it over with

OMG, I just over ate. What do I do?

I just over ate and drank 2 cups of water and now I'm having SCARY and painful stomach aches.
I feel better when I lie down but I feel like dying when I stand up.
What should I do?
And should I just put my hand down my throat and bring it all out?

Is it normal to have menstrual-like cramps DURING ovulation?

That happens to me from time to time. Today is the 13th day since my last period, which lasted like 4 1/2 days. I feel stomach cramps right now.

***Also, during ovulation, does your hearing change? I know this is a strange question, but when I listen to music, the song's pitch sounds higher & the rhythm is faster, which I like & think is better. But when it's right before my period, songs sound lower (deeper) & slower. Is it just me or do other women experience this, too?

lower neck pain?

im 16 and since yesterday ive had this lower left side of my kneck pain,, i came from the doctor for a routine physical and he had gave me a vitamin b shot on my left arm which had pain for about 10 minutes whenever i moved my arm.. and everytime i moved my head forward i feel this aching stinging pain thats so annoying. and my relative did a message and she said that she felt alot of knots around the area that was hurting, any1 know what it is? thank u oh btw i tend to slouch alot and my posture is not that good

whats going on with me???!?

Ok.. i have been asking about a possible pregnancy.. well now today when I wipe.. I am having light brown stringy discharge!

its only when I wipe

I did take a first response test about 4 hours ago and it was negative.

i have cramps on both of my sides.. low down.. not in the middle of my stomach.

also, my boobs are hurting bad!

help!!!

Just a headache? or migrane?

For about three days i've had this annoying headache.

The first day there were just sharp shooting pains on the right side of my head around the temporal lobe.
Then it turned into a headache and has been that way for the past three days. When I bend down, or sit or move quickly it becomes more severe, and i'm concerned because i've never had a headache for three days straight.

I've rested and taken medicines but it does only so much and the headache comes back. Is it just a migrane or could it be anything else?

I need to get rid of my sore throat, and fast!?

I have plans on saturday, and I am getting a sore throat. It'll be full fledged tomorrow [Wedensday] I cannot be sick on Saturday. It should be gone by saturday, but I won't take any chances. Any well working remidies you can give me that makes them go away quickly! Thanks ever so much!!

white spots on back of throat from smoking weed?

first time smoking weed and mouth was extrememly dry then the next day i found white spots on the back of my thoart and my throat hurts really bad. what is it? and how do i get rid of it? i got antibioitics so my swelling is going down but the dots arent leaving.

i know, im stupid for smoking. trust me, im not going to be doing it again. can someone just help me out please?

i did go to the doctors to get checked for strep and it turned out negative but i only had two puffs AND everyone else had so many and im the only one that had white specks on the back of my throat. the doctors said it was some bacterial thing. should i gargle with salt water?
