Im having this really really big pains in my stomach . It feels like someone punched me really really hard in the stomach and i dont know how to make it stop PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!! btw im 13 and NOT pregnant

listen. i JUST got my first period on friday the 14. that day, I had horrible stomach aches and didnt realize they were cramps until i had blood in my underwear. i used to get them and thought I was getting my period, but they just happen sometimes. lay down for a while and they should go away. or, take an ibuprofen. have fun!

it depends on where you are having the pain and what type of pain it is. You need to go to the doctor and get checked out.

It could also be caused by constipation. When was the last time you pooped?
