Unfortunately, I lost every hair on my body, including my eyebrows. Being bald and having no eyebrows sure makes a person look weird.

It probably depends on your type of chemo, but generally, if your hair falls off your head, then any hair follical on your body is fair game.......I've lost mine 3 times, doing chemo, and the pubic hair always fell out......I didn't always lose my eyebrows, for some reason, but leg and underarm hair did disappear too.........which is actually kinda cool if you're a female....you don't have to worry about shaving for months!

You can potentially lose all the hair on your body... And pubic hair is in that catagory.

I would concider it the one benifit amid a huge amount of negative... Less upkeep!

I hope you are just asking and not going through chemo!

Try to keep your humor... If you can't laugh at this then the day gets longer and longer!

Good luck!

Yes. Not all chemotherapy is the same . . however if one of the side effects of a chemo drug is hair loss . . than that is exactly what it means . . hair loss . . on the entire body. You would lose all hair on the body including pubic hair.

I think it depends on what you are getting. When they said my hair would fall out I didn't realize they meant "all" my hair. Very strange feeling.

Chemotherapy kills rapidly growing cells. If your p-hair grows quickly, then it may fall out.
