I have been sick for over a year now. I keep going to the doctor with no answers they keep treating the immediate problem and I am starting to think there is more of a major problem. Possibly Fibromyalgia. I have body ache, pain, disturbed sleep, exhaustion, stiffness when I wake up, tingling in my hands and legs. I know I need to see a Dr. I just want to know more about the disease and if there are any treatments to help it. Thanx Bunches!!!

My left knee is acting unsual, but the right knee acts fine. My left knee pops alot, more then the other one. And when i pull both knees up the left one like partially pops out of place and u can tell, but the other may just do a simple pop or nothing. I know that there is something wrong with it, i forgot what happened but about 2 months ago i didnt something to it, and i had a wrap around it and it helped, but after about 2 weeks later it messes up. Should i get checked out. Do you think its fractured or sprained, What do you think is wrong with it.

i can bend it but it kinda hurts. And it just hurts reguraly too, Whats wrong with it?

Me and my friends were trying that thing where, if you take 10 deep breaths then put your hands across your chest, then let a friend squeeze you against a wall, you'll pass out. I did it and I actually collapsed. The next thing I knew, I was on the pavement, my face hurt from hitting it and all my friends thought I was faking.

Have you ever heard of or done that?

I quit smoking a little over a year ago, but recently I've picked it back up again due to little bits of stress adding up and bowing at maximum velocity into my face. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas to relieve stress. Cause I don't wanna start my problem with cigarettes all over again.

I've had two dentists tell me that my gums have receded somewhat, but both did not make it sound that urgent or anything. They told me overall everything looked good and didn't tell me I was in trouble or that I needed to do anything other than continue to floss and brush. I'm worried that I will encounter problem. Any advice/comments?

2 websites said completely opposite things. Which one is correct?

One said it increases the activation of GABA which them lowers serotonin and dopamine and contributes to their breakdown, and then another website says green tea increases overall serotonin and dopamine levels (with no real mentions of GABA).

about getting better regulation of supplement products sold to us [the consumers]?

For better clarification you may revert to this article: http://health.myfoxny.com/news.aspx?id=2176

My personal opinion is a strong one: The supplements that are being sold do not have the scrutinization, testing and standards that they should require BY LAW. There has been a 800% increase in supplements sales within the past ten years alone. The majority of these supplements are "performance enhancing" and are being bought by our youthful generation. How do we know that they are safe? How do we know what they really contain? How do we know their short/long term effects both physically and mentally?

How catastrophic could this problem be? What harm has it already done to our youth and society?

I think we have yet to scratch the surface and the results will be devastating.

Unfortunately, it has come to the time where i have an injury that will possibly prevent me from doing my job, the thing is i may hate my job, but i love the people that work with me, I have been working their 6 months and really dont want to quit, but im 16 years old, and I have tendonitis and i have something wrong with one of the bones in my wrist, and they feel that cashiering might be the reason behind why its not getting better

I may have another job lined up... should i wait for to make sure that the job comes through?

Should I quit my job to begin with?

I always understood that the type 1/2 classification was based on other stuff such as whether symptoms first appeared in youth or old age.

But somebody where I work has told me that Type 2 DM is the same as Insulin Dependent DM.

This is actually relevant to my job and so a proper answer is important.

Can somebody help?

I suffer from fibromyalgia, which can make me have extreme 'brain-fog', and i have also been diagnosed with re-curring mono. which leaves me exhausted, but, all of my life i have either been completely wiped out, or feeling on top on the world, and full of energy. when i'm down, it can last up to a year. i won't barely leave my home, take care of myself, anything, and then, one day, i wake up and my brain is clear, and my energy is surging and i'm constantly in motion. what do you think? any ideas?

Yesterday, my friend began taking Multi-vitamins(2x a day), vitamin B-Complex, vitamin C (2x a day), and Echinacea. That night, she said her urine smelled a little like amonia. This morning, it's bothering her to urinate, as if she is developing a bladder infection. Can taking all of these cause this to happen? She drinks a lot of water, so it's kind of mind boggling.

Aka Renards Disease. Anyone that also has it.. what do YOU do for it? I'm always freezing in winter. I've tried everything I can think of, I'm trying to find new ideas. What do YOU do?
(Renard's syndrome is when your extremeties turn into popsicles for no good reason b/c you are dressed properly and warmly)
