Consider the audience.
People asking questions in this forum, as a general rule, are fat and out of shape, looking to lose weight. They are months away from being able to do high intensity workouts safely and effectively. For these folks, low intensity is the best advice, beginning with getting off the couch. As they advance, they'll find the other places for advice that are more specific to their needs. I would no more suggest track work to a fat 50 year old housewife, than I would suggest a marathon or Ironman as her first athletic event.
In triathlon and endurance forums, we talk about sprints and intervals all the time as part of the workout toolbox, but for reasons different than weight loss. When you're already at 7% body fat, and your metabolism is well adapted to using fat as fuel, the talk is more often how to take in enough calories to finish a race.

Raising growth hormone is good for the hormonal system which in turn helps fat loss.
When we are around 20-23 are growth hormone level is at its greatest. Around 25-27 it STARTS to wean
By age 40 it is significantly lower. Doing 60-100 meter sprints is good for raising it - but do not do too much.

Sahil Saheb, minimum exercising of approximately 10 minutes in line with day is okay yet far greater than workouts will certainly squeeze your physique & shrink your top. There are top increasing workouts too like putting by making use of palms from doortops & parallel bars and so on yet those too have limits. you nonetheless have 2 years to improve top upto 6'5", in case you carry on with some training of a solid surgeon.

i always recommend sprinting for those that are heart healthy. high intensity cardio blows away low intensity cardio in terms of the positive effects that it has on the endocrine system and cardiovascular system.
unfortunately most of the so called "health experts" that are on talk shows, etc, in the televised media are not experts at all.
