Have you eliminated sugary sweets from your diet? You may be suffering from a vitamin B deficiency.
Also, how's your fiber and water intake? Sounds like you could use a bowel flush (I know it sounds odd), but this should just do the trick in combination with a healthy diet and exercise.

Depends on what TYPE of gastric problem you are having. The pro-biotics in the new yogurts are very helpful, and there are places that sell pre-packaged capsules of pro-biotics that are easier to use and more effective.
