How do i loose weight in a month?
I want to be ideally 12kgs ( a bit less than1 stone) , (25pounds) lighter by New years! i know thats unrealistic, but i want to know how much weight you think i can loose in 28 days, (4 weeks)

Well I was helping my dad with wood and blowing the leaves and i had to wearr headphones for me to be able to here and so i put them on and my ear started to earitate a little so i positioned it right so it owuld feel better and so when i did that i started to blow. when i fiished i too koff the ear headfones and went inside to my room and noticed that the backing was gone i went outside and looked but i couldnt find the backing and i have no other earings! my step mom said to put tape there and so didntmy dad but i told them it might bother my ear and me. But i dont know i dont wanna try it enless it really works! So what do you guys think i should do?

Had a root canal on monday last wk. Got home pain was unbearable. Doc gave me antibiotics and pain meds. Next morning face, gum swollen and right side of face numb. Went to see doc next day, he said it has abscessed. More antibiotics and pain meds. Thursday still no better he consulted with oral surgeon, gave me Flagyl and medrol and ceflacor. Friday was feeling alright. Sat.and Sun. was the same as before. Still feel so much pressure and face still swollen and face still numb. Now I am achey all over, back of my head hurts, hurts in sinus area and in gum area. Dentist said the infection was in my jaw. I asked about him cutting the gum and letting it drain but he said it was to close to the nerve in my jaw and no one would do it. Could the infection still be in there after all these antibiotics? Could the infection be spreading? Need help as to what to do now.

I just checked my heartrate for 15 seconds and got 15. Then for 60 and got 60. So i know it isnt wrong. What does such a low heartrate mean. I'm 15, male and very active.

I had a bad toothache, and a bad cold over the past few days. I have been taking Advil and cough medicine at the same time, I have never had any problem with Advil before, I am in my late 40's, I have been taking approx 8 Advil a day about 6 hours apart, this morning I woke up with bad stomach pain. I have heard that two much Advil can upset the stomach. After I ate something in the afternoon my stomach felt alot better. My stomach has not bothered me since its been almost 12 hours. I figured I would wait 24 hours before I took more Advil if my tooth still hurt. My cold is all better, tomorrow I go to the dentist. Do you think I overdid it with the Advil it has never bothered me before.

i'm a girl by the way, i know my picture is a guy but whatever..

anyway, WHY do i have huge calves? and, i know there are probably no ways to get rid of them but can i prevent them from growing or something? i'm 14 so they probably wont grow a lot more anyway. so, i go to the gym like 2 or 3 times a week. does working out make the muscles in my calves bigger? so anyway i have to wear pants every day, even in the summer, and i live in one of the hottest states so i pretty much hate my legs. and dont give me any crap about accepting myself for blah blah blah. it just wont work this time... =/
so WWHHYYY are my calves so darn ginormous? genetics? and can you sergically remove muscle? (just asking, not considering.. =])

This has been a cycle for a good month and a half. Yes, I've been to the doctor and everything checks out fine except I've had terrible headaches which preceded the vomiting. The headaches aren't as bad now, but I'm still getting sick.

I've been tolerating liquids this week, but having a broth based chicken and rice soup today has made me nauseous again. Food has no appeal to me whatsoever. I've been able to handle a couple of saltines, a few hours apart when I'm lucky.

So, in your experience, how have you overcome nausea when reintroducing food? I've already googled the subject - and please don't tell me to go back to the doctor. That's a given.

some people told me I had to take my contacts off some hours before going to the doctor's office. (they said sth about accommodation)
How much time should I spend without them? (I don't have a pair of glasses because I lost them, I'm going to the doctor to get a new rx but taking my cont. off would mean spending a few hours without seeing very well)
Is it extremely necessary to do that or can I just go there with the contacts on and just take them off for the exam?
