As others have pointed out, a lot depends on the type of chocolate. If you look at the different chocolates listed at

http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/search.php?search_type=&searchpro=chocolate

you will see grades from "A-" to "D-" depending on the type of chocolate.

For example, Special Dark Chocolate Bar Manufactured by Hershey Foods get a "B" grade but still have about 10% of a normal calory requirement for a day so you still need to limit the amount you eat. Godiva Chocolate Pieces, for a similar amount, has a similar number of calories but gets a "D-" rating largely because of the high saturated fat content.

sooooooooo goooooooooood!
If ya want to eat your chockie and not blow out a healthy diet try making skim hot chocolates (much better for you than a bowl of ice-cream or a chocolate bar!) or make healthy muffins and mix in some dark chocolate chips!
Who can go past a yummy piece of milk chocolate though!?!?! lol
