I want to lose about 10 pounds. Im eating less, and no junk food. And im jumping rope. My breast size is 38C. Will my breast size reduce? If so, how much? And is there any way, or any other excercise i can do instead, that will not reduce my breast size? Thanks =)

Pilates exercises, it was developed to create long and lean muscles that shape rather than create bulk, you can do them to mold your body into the shape you want.

It is true that skipping rope reduces your breast size significantly but eating lot of butter and pure ghee products will keep your breast size normal.Also, daily massaging of your breasts with olive oil gently will keep the size normal.

It depends. Some women will lose breast fat first, others will get to a very low weight and still have larger-than-average breasts. No one on here can tell you what will happen in your case, but anything that reduces your body fat can reduce the size of your breasts.

sorry dear, breast size is partly dependent on how much fatty tissue is in those suckers. and it really depends on person to person. if you have more breast tissue than fat, well they're not going to shrink too much. but if it's the other way around, your buddies are going to get smaller; you can expect to lose a about half a cupsize (but be glad, you might have to go down a band size and go up a cup size to a 36d...maybe.)

Like it or not, a large percentage of your breasts are fat, so they may shrink with exercise, but ten pounds should not affect them severly. Besides, you burn the most fat on muscles that you exercise, so unless you do a lot of pushups or bench press, you should be okay.

most of the breast is made of fat but those are HUGE haha dont worry if you go down a little bit you'll look better losing 10 pounds anyways

sorry but losing weight, your going ot lose it in the places that have the most fat content first which end up being the places we don't want to lose such as our breasts, and butts. But the places we want to lose are our thighs and stomaches but these are the hardest to lose. Sorry if your goingto lose weight your chest is goingto shrink along with everything else.

i dont think it will reduce . my mom is a 38ddd , and she has been tryining to lose pounds for 3 years and she did , she lost 70 pounds and she was shinnyin the first place , so i think you will be fine

jumping rope is cardio, i think the size will reduce that much from that exercise.
