Besides a chart, most glucose meters keep track of each test for you.

A member at the country club with whom I have played numerous rounds is a doctor who is afflicted with serious diabetes. He has had it for over 30 years. In the course of four plus hours he will test for sugar six to eight times, give himself a shot if necessary and eat oranges and other diet supplements. When I first played with him , he would prick his arm with a needle, take a drop of blood, test it with a kit and feed himself based on the results. This past year he had an instrument which he pierced his arm and had a reading at the same time. In his words, had he not been as vigilant about his condition he would have died years back , or even worse, could have had amputations caused by the disease.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

You're definitely gonna have to be very involved at this point in supervising him with this. Kids this age have no clue what the significance of not doing this is. What problems high blood sugar over time can do to your body. His doctor will probably draw a lab test called a HGB A1C too that will tell you what his blood sugar levels have been over time to check compliance also. It's tough for these kids, they just want to be normal and not be singled out. They will cheat around their peers so they won't find out they have diabetes.

All you have to do is check the memory on the machine.
As for the injections, you will see the results from the blood tests.
He is still a little boy and will need help.
Good luck

Set times where you do this together and then chart it. Until he gets into the swing of things, he will need your help. He is just a child after all. Good luck, it is hard for all of you

Besides what others have already mentioned I would tell your son's school nurse, teacher , principal or somebody who can make sure he stays on top of things.
