Ever since i was 5 years old i use to drink a lot of coke n sprite at least 2 or 3 times a day. Also sometimes i use to skip meal n eat chocolates. As a teen i started to eat lot of fast food and hated healthy foods such as vegetables, fish, whole grain. Now at the age of 20 i have realized that i have ADHD. What can i do to improve?

I have been prescribed Cymbalta for my depression. I am also an aspiring writer. Before Cymbalta I would write but it was sporadic and half of the time I didn't feel like it. Now since taking it I feel more motivated to write and have more ideas. What causes this? Thanks

Hi all. So i JUST found out I am pregnant. Im almost 19 and freaking out. I havent told anyone yet but am going to soon. I have only been w one person ever, so it is 100% his! THe problem is I havent seen my ex since aug.. We both went to college in diff places. Him ohio state, and me a school in cleveland. I lost his email address so i cant email him. and i cant go visit him. so how sould i tell him? Im really nervous. Im worried what hell say. Do i even have to tell him? Please help! thankyou.

Exercising for 30 min everyday with a fitness ball.
Crunches (14) , push ups on the ball (10),

She managed to make my cry, but I managed to kick her with the haelthy foot....

We all know drinking and drugs are no good but is it ok for a Doctor to do? Some sleeping pills are powerful and mixed with alochol can be worse. What if the family calls the Doctor telling them they see the changes in the family member and for their own safety, as well as the patient to take them away but the Doctor doesn't. My Dad was drinking and taking sleeping pills and once he parked his car in the garage and for got to shut it off till the next day due to mixing alochol and sleeping pills...We as a family have called several times to take them away but he just gave him another brand of sleepings pills

When i am at school all the girls want to stomp. squeeze, or kick me in the balls, i was in the BOYS locker room and a hot girl runs in barefoot and stomps on my balls and the rest run in and tie me up in clothes and kick, squeeze, and stomp on my balls, i missed my bus because of it and I ran when I could and they call me "no ball boy" what do I do?

him, right? So if you are mugged twice by one race, how do you avoid having a reaction when you see someone of the same race? Not exactly racism, because the body (or mind) reacts automatically. I live close to many and play a sport with some, but that doesn't prevent me from a fear reaction when I find myself on an elevator with someone of that race. You might say that, unconsciously, my inner mind has stereotyped that race, but how do you cure that condition of your mind? You can't just talk your subconscious into changing, when you react automatically.

I am already a young adult but I've never used a urinal before, only the cubicle. Dad has never taught me how to pee properly - it is very embarassing!
I heard that one has to unzip the fly, take it out and pee. However, there is a problem - I have a lot of pubes and they sometimes come out when this is done. Also, do I have to take out my two boys as well, or leave them inside?
Another thing - there is a button on the top of the fly of trousers or jeans. Do I have to unbutton it when peeing, or just leave it there?
Also, how can I prevent other guys from peeking at me when peeing? Do I use both hands to cover my junk?
Honest answers please and no laughing! I'm serious.

Hello,
My last menstrual cycle was 9/12/07. I had a normal period but spotted until 9/27/07. I was on the pill at this time (i didn't' take 'blanks' the week of my period - i took the active pills thinking i could stop my period-it didn't work). I stopped taking the when i had 3 blue pills left. I thought I would get my period that Sunday. it did not come. So then i just thought it would come the normal week. it didn't I tested tons of time the entire week my period would have come- nope. (negative)
Well, I realized the pill wasn't for me & made appointment for a tubal ligation. I started taking the pill again the following sunday I 'should' have gotten my period. Well, the night before the tubal ligation consult. i took a hpt and it was +.
he doesn't want the baby. I am not really sure i do either (i do but i don't) .... So don't want to have a surgical abortion. I was wondering if I could really take a few pills. have a wicked bad period and it be over???

2 weeks ago, I checked myself into a behavioral health hospital because I had an anxiety attack & was feeling suicidal. The doctor put me on antipsychotic meds (Seroquel) 300 mg/day& antidepressants (Wellbutrin) 150 mg/day, & I found out that the doctor went by what the nurses said negatively about me since I didn't get along with them. They were very arrogant & rude & when I had anxiety attacks in the hospital, they snuck behind my back & lied & said I was attention-seeking & paranoid because they're ignorant of OCD. I know I don't have psychosis, so I took a double dose of my meds on Thursday after I got out the hospital, feeling suicidal again since I felt I didn't receive adequate help & the nurses lied on me & the Dr. didn't even try to help me. After that I quit taking the meds cold turkey because I felt I didn't belong on them. & now my legs are shaking uncontrollably. My friend told me to relax in the hot tub, but it only helped a little.
