i checked my blood suger levels in the morning before i'v eaten on saturday and today (sunday) is that normal?
i ate spaghetti bolognese at around 8.30 lsh last night and went to bed at 12.30 ish. :)

its my sisters she left her blood suger test thingy here and shes lives back down south of england

Even if you're not a diabetic; blood sugar of only 8.3 and 7.5 is very, very low. Severe hupoglycemia can cause loss of consciousness and seizures. Are you sure those are the results? Your glucometer might not be calibrated right.
The normal BS is 80-100 mgm. Some Drs even pushed it to 120.
Spaghetti bolognese which is carbohydarates (CHO) or starch should have an effect on your blood sugar.i.e., raise it instead of lowering it.
No, I think the numbers are erroneous. If you're not a diabetic, what made you test your BS.; in the first place?
