Sex or masturbation and orgasm will most often increase your flow and make your period a little shorter because of your uterine and vaginal muscles contracting.

There is nothing wrong with it when you are menstruating. It relieves cramps and relaxes you so it is healthy. And for some women the pleasure is greater.

I don't think so but why do you ask in the first place? I find it to be disgusting but it's not as bad as this one question someone had of " should I put my mooncup in the dishwasher, or let my boyfriend keep licking it?" and that was really nasty so I guess I can't be complaining. No, masturbation does not make your flow heavier. Masturbation helps relieve cramping, so its good for you.
BTW this is not a gross question. The other answerers are immature.

i think of you propose masturbating. It makes your muscular tissues settlement and merely sort of helps circulate ingredient alongside their way in case you realize what I propose. It does not make it heavier...merely sort of pushes it a tad.
