It's very painful to get hit / kicked in the balls.

Well I have never been kicked in the balls before, but have seen other guys get kicked there before. Where the balls are located, theres a weak musscle that guys don't use. So it's the musscle making the pain when a guy gets his balls kicked. Everytime I saw a guy get kicked in the balls, he fell screaming in horrible pain. It does look really painfull, and probably is. I once heard that the pain is so extreme, that most guys can't stand after getting kicked in the balls. It's probably true, and seems to be true.
Plus it hurts bad or not too bad, depending on how hard the kick was. I also heard once that getting kicked from behind the legs are more painful then getting kicked infront. If you get kicked behind your legs, your balls will get a direct kicked. That will cause more pain, and may end up severely giving you pain.
Peeing might be hard and or painfull to do after being kicked. Your balls deffinetly will be sore for about a week after getting kicked. Ice (ice pack) is said to help the sore area of your balls.
Depending on how hard the kick was, you may have the pain for 10 minutes to a half hour. One guy online once said, that he was kicked in the balls once and got sick to his stomach. He claimed to be sick for 3 days. His penis and his balls screamed in pain for 3 days, not allowing him to pee. Some guys cry, and their eyes get watery, the pain gets so extreme sometimes.
When you get kicked in the balls, goodluck with the pain.

Can't be worse than getting your period every month for an entire week.............. Till you get 50-60

its painfull and it stay for a while depending how hard it was
of it was really hard u can go sterile

yeah i no im a girl but i no from health, its bc you have so many nerve endings so it responses more painfully
