Exercising for 30 min everyday with a fitness ball.
Crunches (14) , push ups on the ball (10),
the the one where u pass the ball to your hand thing (20)

-I wont drink soda
-Eat 3 times a day with a snack after school
-Drinking a lot of water
Would I lose at least 5 pounds by December ?
By the way I am 14.
