Exercising for 30 min everyday with a fitness ball.
Crunches (14) , push ups on the ball (10),
the the one where u pass the ball to your hand thing (20)

-I wont drink soda
-Eat 3 times a day with a snack after school
-Drinking a lot of water

Would I lose at least 5 pounds by December ?

By the way I am 14.

Calories in calories out. What are your snacks? Don't compromise health.

Eat fruits and veggies, limited meat, nothing fried, NO FAST FOODS. no processed food. Nothing white. Just real foods.

And exercise. Walking is excellent. Get up early and walk around the neighborhood for at least 30 minutes.

As a friend of mine said Donuts are great diet food. Walk to the donut shop and walk home Just DON'T GET THE DONUT.

LOTS OF LUCK. And at 14 you should not be worried about weight. Eat healthy and stay active.

Simple answer is for every 3000 calories you put in you need to burn 3000 calories. Regular balanced meals and some slightly vigorous exercise daily would help.

The other thing is.. You are 14 for godsakes! Do you really need to lose weight??

yes, ..you would lose 5 lbs by december with only doing half that. Drink lots of water, eat a lot of fruit, ...and good job on exercising,....keep with it, always.
