I just literally broke up for half term on Friday and already I'm worrying about going back to school! I can't seem to just relax and enjoy myself, I dislike school so it preys on my mind all the time. What can I do?

Find something at school that you enjoy doing, and let that be your motivation to go. I use to take candy to school and sell it, and that kept me busy and was fun in the process. After I got busted, I joined the Drill Team in JROTC, and that really pushed me right on through, after I got bored with that, I joined the Math and Science Club. You will have to find you own niche though. I hope all goes well.

Just think of it this way. School is a week away. There are literally 1000's of things to do in a week. Go do some!

Brush up on your hobbies and keep busy, so you wont have time to feel depressed about the things you dont like. Do all the things you like, keep busy. Go for dance class, music class, join a sports club, swimming, cycle, walk jog, gym anything just keep busy.

My daughter is same way.So,I explained to her..she needs to stay on treadmill thirty minutes a day.Also she needs to eat balanced diet and so far this has been working great.Shes been depressed for years and slowly its fading away.
