Get away from the stresses in your life!! If that means changing jobs or classes--your health is far more important!!! If it is a particular person that is stressing you out--it might be time to move on--away from him/her.

Believe it or not, eating right and getting enough sleep really do help. Fresh air and exercise are as essential to your mental health as they are to your physical health.

Take a trip to the library, and check out the self-help section. You can find relaxation tapes/CDs and books. You will see books on meditation, yoga, and other means of retrieving your healthy mind and body.

I suggest that you cut out (or at least down on) caffeine. Drink herbal teas (chamomile or sleepy-time are particularly helpful). VALERIAN ROOT supplements help many people to relax--start by trying SleepyTime Extra Tea with Valerian--it has much less Valerian than do the supplements--so you can determine if it is going to have a positive affect--if so, start the supplements. Also, B Complex Vitamins (aka Stress Formula) are helpful--but these do not work overnight--they need to get into your system. Be well :)

Step back, analyze the situation and try to fix it as best you can. Relax..............stressing out will not help anything

Go take a walk.

Meditate.

If all else fails, valium. ;)
