You´ll lose weight in terms of losing water - after the sweating you drink, and most of the lost weight is on again if you stick to the sauna suit method only.
Rather think about a healthy diet and physical exercise to change something about your weight. You can use the sauna in addition to that, it´s healthy and relaxing - though not originally designed to make people lose weight. :)

For a start, you need sleep, water, and a balanced diet, don't snack between meals.
Give up fizzy drinks and snacks and replace them with healthier things, eg: Coke > Oasis, Biscuits > Grapes
The most important part, is exercise, i recommend running or cycling. Do as much as you can each session, then on the next you will be able to go further/for longer, and you'll see an improvement, and in turn, gain morale.

You will only be loosing water weight...this is gained back extremely fast, this isn't a very good solution for weight lose unfortunately.

You don't really lose weight, you just lose your water weight that you will regain once you start consuming water again. or you could not consume any water, but dehydration also causes weight gain.

This is actually a dangerous way to loose weight.
It takes a while to see results.
Exercises is still the best way!

you're NOT going to lose weight. You're only going to lose WATER, dehydrate yourself, and POSSIBLY make yourself VERY ill.
