I cant afford much right now and thats all there really is in th house so.... IS IT FATTENEING??? And I mean all tyrpes Of cereal like frosted flakes, froot loops, wheaties etc.

I became lactose intolerant a couple years ago. At first I was fine after eliminating milk and ice cream from my diet. Over time it's gotten worse and have had to cut out all types of cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, ranch dressing, anything made with powdered milk like cocoa mix or boxed macaroni and cheese. I've tried lactaid and lactose-free milk and get the same symptoms (nausea, bloating, stomach ache). Can anyone suggest what might be wrong since lactose intolerance isn't the full issue? Because even dairy without any lactose or with lactase additives to help digest it still makes me sick. I know I need to stick to a very strict diet but its really hard since so many things are made with whey, milk solids, powdered milk, etc.

He is 55 yrs. old and developed this allergy 20 yrs ago. He has since had to give up favorite foods such as bacon, ham, sausage etc. I get concerned being in a restaurant that serves breakfast all day because I dont know how well the grills are cleaned..Im afraid he may get an attack & would have to be rushed to the emergency. Is there a way around these preservatives? Are fresh sausage safe for him to eat, I heard Organic Markets are now available and do they carry meats? Any information would be greatly appreciated, Sometimes even the heavy smell of bacon can trigger an attack & I am very worried, and concerned.. Thank You.

Ive just started taking creatine and it instructs that i work out then take it, so i worked out then i took it and that was about an hour ago and i feel ready to work out again should I not or what? I dont feel like ive fully ripped my muscles so would it hurt me to work out again

I have been taking Lyrica for unexplained chronic pain for about two weeks now and am having some pretty awful side effects. The worst ones being my eyes are dry, feels like sand are in them, swollen, lots of pressure in them and just very very sore and watery all the time. I also have been having lower back pain since taking it and I never had that before. Has anyone else had any problems like this, or others on this medication? Do they go away, continue or get worse? Are there terrible withdrawal effects when stopping it?

Or any of those feminine arousal fluids? Cause i stole a couple packets from my parents once and used it on my girl and she said she wasn't feeling any different than she does normally. Since she never felt any better I never used it again til my car was broken into and they actually stole my 'love stash'
I gotta rebuy the rubbers and lube but I'm skeptic about getting that Zestra thing.. So I'm now asking what are your experiences with it ladies and if I should even bother trying it again?

I get overwhelmed with the thought that I have to do an hour of cardio or else I'm wasting my time. That leads me to not exercise b/c I usually only have about 30 or so minutes to exercise. Please tell me I'll still be doing good with only 30 minutes 5 times a week.

okay so i've suffered with being self consious before and always will and im okay with not liking my body. But im doing something about it. i used to not eat for about 2 days then eat then not eat again and it just didnt work.. i cant not eat because im an athlete and i've tryed before and not eating all day and going to 2 hours dry land practices and 2 hour swim practices is too much w/o food. so now i am just dieting and im 5'3 and about a size 3 sometimes 5. i dont feel fat but im rather small and would just like to drop maybe 10 pounds i weigh 120 and would looove to be 110 or less.
does anyone know a way for me to loose that weight FAST and im okay with not eating much at all.. im used to it now but can someone just give me advice pleaaase
i am focusing around my inner thighs and love handles
anything would be great!

I have been dealing with ovarian cysts since i have been around 16 yrs old. I am now 27. I ended up getting rushed to the ER by ambulance friday night. It all started out where i seriously couldn't breathe. I ended up going outside thinking that the cool ND air would help. It didn't. I was burning up. Liturally dripping sweat, and remind you it was 36 degrees outside. By the time the ambulace came i was having labor like contractions every 5 minutes while i still couldn't breathe. I live half hour away from the closest hospital. By the time i got to the hospital the labor like pains were every 2 minutes, i could breathe better due to the O2 they put me on in the ambulace, but had hypothermia. I ended up passing out in the xray room and woke up on the floor. I wasn't pregnant, well from what i knew, the ran no pt test, i had a ct scan and they said it was a ruptured cyst. I ended up so swollen that even today i can't wear my wedding band. And i have what they said was a heat rash.

im 15 & i miss my gramma. i havent seen her for 2 months. everytime i call her to see her, she makes excuses like "im busy" or "i dont feel up to it" i hate it and i feel like she is lying to me. i always have to call her first. she never calls me. i cry for her every night. i miss her so bad. i feel so depressed. i feel like she doesnt care about me. i usually see her every 2 weeks. why doesnt she want to see me? i told her i miss her and i love her. that didnt help. i cant stop crying. i want to die. i miss gramma and she doesnt want to see me. it hurts. i cry myself to sleep over it. help

I'm just really curious on how the surgery procedure will go and what the outcome will be like? Has anyone had this done before? My fistula is like 1inch away from my anal plus, theres another bump right beside it, it hurts my whole right buttock...is that how its suppose to be like?? I can't walk or do anything.
