You have an infection of some sort. You need to get to the doctor to diagnose it. It could be bacterial or a yeast infection but you need to get it diagnosed so that you can get the right treatment. The foul smell and yellowish discharge sounds more like bacterial infection rather than a yeast infection. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
This is NOT normal discharge. Your vagina should never have a foul smell.

the yellowish whitish clump is discharge and its normal so dont worry.
the itching is the hair growing in and it too is normal so dont worry.
and finally if it stinks than you probally have some type of bacterial infection, but you know your body best so if something dosent feel right to you than you need to see your doctor soon.

It sounds like bacterial vaginosis, which is just a vaginal infection. There may be no symptoms other than odor and discharge. Go to the doctor and get some antibiotics. Good luck.

does it itch or burn. It sounds like a yeast an infection. Yeast an infection regularly has a cottage cheese like discharge this is whitish/yellow. Does it scent slightly fishy? check out the information superhighway internet site I published this ought to help. flow on your dr; that's no great deal. basically you could in basic terms flow to the drugstore and recover from-the-counter medicine.

it could be a yeast infection, or some kind of STD, its really hard to say. You should get into your gyno asap to get some medicine to clear it up just to be sure. and if you are sexually active, don't have sex until you know what it is, and you know its gone. Even if you use protection...still don't do it. It could just be regular discharge. You never know. but definitely at least call your doctor to see.

It's an infection- go get a swab done at the local clinic and seek treatment. Refrain from sex until it's cured, chances are it's an STD.

No one here will be able to answer your question. Just go to the doctor. Sounds like a yeast infection, but it might be something else.
