There are no calories in coffee, unless you put sugar or creamer in your coffee. That is where your calories come from. But if you drink black coffe, there aren't any calories.

Don't count calories. Think in terms of just providing your body with the nutrition it needs, and avoiding everything else it doesnt need, and you will automatically have a beautiful figure. That is how I do it; no more dieting! And don't drink coffee; it is bad for your digestive system and your nervous system.
