No, no, no -- training again isn't going to accomplish anything. That's just overtraining.

Some people take their creatine pre-workout (like an hour before). I don't use the stuff myself, but -- you might want to experiment with this and see which works best for you. Drink lots of water, BTW.

creatine is short for phosphocreatine. what happens when you go work out the greater the energy expenditure the greater the response your body will take to this stress. It does this by increasing protein building of your muscles. How does this work??? You tend to eat more protein and hence bulk up. The other thing is phosphocreatine is an instant and powerful energy source that is naturally in your body. It transfers a phosphate group to ATP (adenosine triphosphate) which is the universal energy molecule of life and in the human body. By supplementing with pCreatine you increase the replenshing level of ATP. By doing this you of course can last longer and have a greater stress on the muscle fiber which will result in the subsequent increase in size of your muscle fibers.

There is evidence to support that some people have a high level of pCreatine in their body and hence it is speculated that supplementation has little to no effect on their muscle tissue. However, with those who are suspected to have less pCreatine in their body expressed, it is believed that by supplementing with pCreatine this will achieve those suspected results. One thing to keep in mind with pCreatine is that its associated with kidney failure. And once they're gone, man you are in for a horrible experience and you'll pass away sooner than you should.

creatine helps atp in the cells and provide energy for the cells to recover after training. therefore helping prevent soreness and reduce recovery time.

no you should workout after you stopped. once you workout and stop your body starts to repair from the workout, working out again will mess this cycle up, and you wont gain as much as you would if you were to just stopped the 1st time
