It's hard, to accomplish very much in two weeks. However, I have found walking, in Dr Sholl's exercise sandals, does strengthen you abdominal muscles. You need to curl your toes with every step. It is like picking up a pencil with your toes. You might want to try, picking up a pencil with your toes, as a simulation of walking in Dr Scholl's, and as an exercise.

You'll need to burn fat. If it really needs to come off in 2 weeks, cut out carbs completely and do 20-30 minutes of interval training every day (sprint for 30 secs, rest for 90 seconds, repeat).

do a lot of cardio I mean ALOT... and also cut out all junk food and soda, and drink a lot of water.. crunches/sit ups only make the ab muscles stronger, but they dont eliminate the fat on the stomach. Cardio is the best for that,

It would depend on how fat your stomach is now. If it is normal and you just want to tone up a bit, it would take longer than two weeks anyway, so it doesn't matter.

crunches and ab workouts (try the gym)

but 2 weeks is a really short time period...eat protein and do those crunches as much as you can (but dont be unhealthy about them)
