Here's the problem: I have the earliest lunch period on my schedule. 4th period usually ranges from 10:45-11:30. It's really, really early. I eat my sandwich, water, and celery sticks and get on with the day. However, when I go home, I end up feeling really, really hungry!
I'm not fat, but I am trying to lose a little weight. I hate the thought of eating two lunches a day, and I really want to stop that. For the past few years my Mom has always bought me fast food, which I realized is the one reason why I was overweight for a while. Now that I've turned things around, I want to make sure that I'm doing things right.
Anyone have any after-school snack suggestions for me? I always have a craving for something hot-- not just a little apple or some crackers. I want something filling, tasty, healthy, and low-in-calories.
