anything over SPF 30 is redundant, it gives you no more or less protection. Remember SPF 30 means you are only protected for 30 minutes, not hours, before you will begin to burn, so frequent reapplication of a sunscreen is essential. I personally prefer to use a zinc oxide sunblock, one application is good for two hours.

100 SPE works very well. Well you open the bottle, clouds cover the sun. Actually, once you get to the 45 range, higher SPE don't make a difference.
