honey diets aren't meant to always be diets it's not easy to stay on one sometimes. every one who is trying to make changes in there lives and ways of living fall off sometimes and it's OK that you do. you deserve to go off and eat what you want at times and then the next day just continue doing what you were before but like every 2 weeks call one day your cheating day and that way you won't feel guilty. never starve yourself for it or feel real guilty for it because it is OK. Diets are a up and down situation and it doesn't work over night so beating yourself up for it isn't gonna make it better it just stresses you out and you feel bad. it's OK we all as women go through it. plus you are beautiful your a women and we are meant to have false once in a while no body's body is perfect or the way they want it to be. But first please learn to love yourself love every inch of what god blessed you with no person is the same if we were meant to be alike he would of made us all the same weight and looks.

You just have to tell yourself that its okay, and go on. A lot of times the guilt will make you fall off your diet. Its perfectly normal to "mess up". Its hard to be on a diet and if anyone tell you different, they are lying to you.

Just be more careful going forward. If you keep messing up over and over again, you may want to consider getting on a diet tat is easier to follow. At least at first. You may have set up some goals that aren't realistic for yourself. I have done that many times only to find myself falling back into old habits.

Give yourself a break, and know that you can do it! Good luck to you!! :~)

The number one rule to sticking with a diet is to have one cheat day a week or two weeks (if you are strong enough for two weeks) so that you don't get so frustrated with yourself that you quit the diet altogether. Forgive and forget and next time you have a craving satisfy it with a small portion of what you are craving instead of waiting and gorging.

Good Luck!

Yesterday has come and gone, start out today as a new day. Feeling guilty for yesterday is a waste of emotion, it has already passed and you cannot do anything about it, so let it go, not worth beating yourself up over. On a Positive note, learn from yesterday so it will prevent you from making the same mistake.

Well I don't diet, but the only way to have a successful diet is to have one cheat day out of the week. Don't go overboard with the cheat day. If you already have a cheat day in your week, and you cheated that day, then don't have your cheat day. If you want to start a cheat day, then use that as your cheat day. It's perfectly normal. Just try to stick to it more so now.

when you mess up you simply get back on the horse the next day. don't let your guilt drag you into days and days of binge eating...that's the worst possible scenario. also, you have to realise that getting off it once a week is ok and actually may help you stick to it better in the long run. one day of poor or over eating is not going to change your weight. it takes days and days of eating poorly to put on weight. accept this fact and your guilt should leave you.

everybody messes up once in a while. I allow myself one meal a week to eat what I want. don't feel bad, just watch it a little closer for the next few days.

Don't feel guilty... this is what I eat
potatoes, carbs, cheese, bread, pasta
thats it. I'm the one that feels bad about the way I eat. Don't feel bad about missing a day. Think about people out there that are worse than you are.

Acceptance is huge. Accept what you did, learn from it and wipe the slate clean and start again. Getting used to a new lifestyle is a learning process.
