A LISP IS CAUSED BY EITHER OF 2 REASONS.
#1= INCORRECT PLACEMENT OF YOUR LIPS ON YOUR TEETH WHEN YOU SPEAK, OR
#2=A LARGE SPACE ON YOUR UPPER FRONT TEETH.
SEE A DENTIST FIRST, AND SEE A SPEECH THERAPIST SECOND.

You can seek a dentist first to see if dental work will help change the placement of your jaw and teeth and if not, then you can seek a speech therapist.

There is a special therapy for it, they made me take the class when i was young and it really helped my speech.
