Ok...so I heard that chewing gum, for example, Orbit, contains an ingredient called phenylketonurics which contains phenylalanine which is used in Formaldehyde (the stuff they use to preserve dead people or something like that). I heard that Formaldehyde preserves fat cells in the body. And in turn orbit chewing gum can preserve fat cells........

If anyone knows anything about any of this, please share!

This morning i woke up and felt like i had an eyelash in my eye. I looked all around but didnt find one. Every time I blink, it feels like its poking me in a different place in my eye. There is no eyelash! I even tried flushing whatever is in there out. What's wrong with my eye and is it something i should see a doctor about? (its still like this, an hour later)

I am eating 1,200 calories a day, and I'm losing weight, but why is it better to eat at 8, 12, 4, and 8 than at 8, 12, 5, and 10? Isn't 1,200 calories the same no matter when they're consumed, especially if you're exercising?

I have a mini-pharmacy of anti anxiety, ADHD, anti depressants, ant-psychotic meds due to the constant medication changes my son has gone through since January!
Most if not all of these are controlled substances.
Can somebody tell me how to properly dispose of not just the pills but the bottles and packages properly?

I have heel spurs in both feet. No matter what I wear my feet will ache throughout the day. Sometimes I've had to change shoes up to three times a day just to get some comfort. The pain in my heels is worse in the morning. Often times after driving 26 miles to work, by the time I get out the car I'm limping as the pain in my feet is that bad. Can anyone recommend or suggest a specific type or brand of footwear I can wear that will support my heel spur condition. Thank you.

This information would seem useful personally and in relating to others. One might be a better friend by dispensing a swift kick in one case but in a different case that swift kick could be devastating. Also, I've noticed that whereas vulnerability is closely associated to loveableness, there are also those who seem , consciously or un-consciously, to cultivate an air of vulnerability which is effectively manipulative. Again, I'd like skills in recognition and response, both in oneself and in others. Suggestions?
