it keeps me full throughout the day though

definetly not but I would 86 the Slimfast and replace it with some whole oatmeal or some type of cereal that is not processed. Regular Slimfast has slightly less sugar than a regular soda, not exactly what most would call healthy. it's nothing but sugar water with a little protein thrown in.

you can never have too much for breakfast. You need energy throughout the day. Try to just eat whenever you're hungry and eat in small amount when you can: 200-300 cals at a time. That will prevent you from eating thousands of calories at a time at lunch/dinner, which really packs the waistline. But for breakfast, just eat up and eat good healthy foods like the ones you're eating now.

Not sure, but I believe that the Weight Watchers Point System program is a healthier approach to losing the weight and keeping it off. My experience with Slim Fast is not only the poor taste, but it produced a lot of gas. Who wants to deal with that every day?

that is not too much. even if you feel full eat a light snack later on in the day . and don't u DARE skip a meal!!

thats fine its good source of nutrients and protien in that meal
