IT SHOULDNT MATTER, BUT IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT IT, JUST WATCH IT FOR ANY CHANGE

If the bleeding has stopped, it may have only been a small pimple and shouldn't cause any more problems.

If you can have a partner or a friend have a look or try to see in a mirror that should put your mind to rest.

If you have dug in a little deeper or the bleeding continues, go and have it seen to.

If it is itchy, that may have been the reason you scratched it in the first place, there may be some irritation to the area. Which can occur often in warmer months. Try not to scratch, as you may make it worse.

A pharmacist is probably the best person to give advice. If serious, he will advise you to see your doctor. They deal with all sorts of medical conditions over the course of a day and will be more than happy to help you out.

Actually it does matter. You need to go to a Dermatologist to check to see if it was cancerous or not. Some moles are. A good rule of thumb is to see if they change colors a bit. (not like purple or green or something stupid like that) but different shades. Like if it gets lighter or darker. But I would go get a skin test from your Dermatologist. And Just because you scraped it off doesnt mean the cancer is gone. It just means it is able to spread in that general area. So that doesnt mean you have less cancer.

And Yes it really does matter. For your health, get it checked out.

You should have someone check it out. If you dont know what you scratched off how can you know if it was a mole or a tick or something else.
