What does it mean? I understand it has changes your emotions, but does it have any physical effects on your body? Is tharmful to be chemically imbalanced and not be on any meds to balance?

It means that you are lacking chemicals in your brain that you need to feel "better". Like people who are depressed are lacking seratonin. It kinda has physical effects on your body like you are really tired and lethargic some people have headaches. I dont think it is harmful to not be on meds but it would make you feel alot better if you were.

Medication can sometimes be a great help for others there is a big grey area as to what they need to help them. I was misdiagnosied as being depressed , or bi polar or adhd, hell they still can tell me what I need but I found that adderall is a lif saver for me, I have full focus now and love being calm , I feel great!

there are probably thousands of imbalances, or things which can be "off" in a person's body or brain....

so, you probably need to say what specific imbalance you are referring to here.

millions of people walking around on this planet with imbalances.. it's very common.
