For over a week my nose has been congested. At first I thought it was a cold so I took cold medicine then I thought it was sinuses so I took sinus/allergie medicine. The problem is still going on after a week. My nose has been bloody the entire time and somewhat with snot. It gets really crusty from all the blood and makes it sore. I have cleaned my nose out and still keep getting the same result. What could be the problem???

For the last 10 years I've tried Paxil(Aropax), Cipramil, Effexor, Prozac and Zoloft and even mood stabilizers combined with antidepressents and always after a few months, the medication stops working.
Right now I'm on 60mg of Paxil and am starting to get suicidal thoughts and it's annoying the crap out of me, because I know it's my illness making me feel this way and I don't want to die, I'm just sick of the pain and my doc has given me a script to take tranquilizers on top of the Paxil to help with feelings of agitation because when I become very depressed, I become agitated as well.
Does anyone else with moderate/severe depression have this problem as well with antidepressents losing effectiveness over time?

i am 9stone 13 and im 14. i want to be just under 9 stone. can someone tel me how i can reach my goals as qick as possible? i go to a gym every sunday but they have nthing for toning tummys. i use a thing at home tha helps me with my sit-ups but i really want to lose weight aswell. im also starting to play netball at school.

Please help me, I woke up this morning and it sounded like my neck popped really loudly, and I can't turn my head to the right at all, if I do it hurts very extremely badly. I am having to sit right now with my body facing forward and my head to the left. I am in intense pain and I am supposed to be at work at 9. Do you think it is a pinched nerve or what? Again, please please please help me, I'm in pain.

I was coaching Special Olympic Bowling . I demonstrated the foot slide but wore street shoes. Later in the day my knee was major pain. I figured exercise would help it. One month later I still hobble.
