I was coaching Special Olympic Bowling . I demonstrated the foot slide but wore street shoes. Later in the day my knee was major pain. I figured exercise would help it. One month later I still hobble.

I know I should see a Doctor and that doesn't bother me. It's when they want you to got for PT 3 times a week for too many weeks. I had a rotator cuff injury two years ago. I did home exercises for a year and now I'm fine
