When i use spices when i cook i sneeze a lot,even when walk through dust outside or clean around the house and then my nostrils will start to swell inside,what should i use to avoid this?

You may want to use a painter's mask while cooking. I know most people don't, but it could save you a lot of misery.

Alternately, you could just stop using the offending spices. It sounds like you've got some problematical sensitivities.

Snowy: I always knew when my mother was frying chicken, because I would hear her sneeze from all the black pepper she used. That is not really an allergic reaction, it is just that the particles become airborne and when you inhale them it irritates the inside of your nose. You could try wearing a Q-Mask or N95 mask or just be careful not to let the spices fly.
As for the dust around the house, that is something different. You are probably allergic to the dust. You could use damp rags or this AllerDust stuff when cleaning to stop the particles from becoming airborne. I am going to give you a link to a page that tells how to make an environment dust free and a page for some allergy spray. Whatever you are cooking, if it has lots of spices....send me some I love spicy food :o)
